As the Senior Vice President of Operations, Grace is responsible for overall team and company development, and the planning and execution of the strategic vision at Zest. She plays a primary role in leading the day to day operations and management of the company which includes everything from hiring and training, instituting company processes and procedures, and managing/expanding Zest’s service offerings, to cleaning out the fridge. Grace has moved through the ranks at Zest, having also held positions in digital marketing and account strategy. She has a wealth of experience across all of Zest’s services and uses her background in these positions to continue to improve and grow the processes and approaches to what we do for our clients. Most days, you can catch Grace running miles around Baltimore in the wee hours of the morning while listening to the Joe Rogan Experience. She is also a huge [nerd] fan of reading Stephen King books and thoroughly enjoys good coffee (a lot of it).

I have been fortunate to have supported many different clients in helping to launch projects or campaigns that made a huge impact for their organizations. But I am most proud of the work that I, supported by the management team at Zest, have done behind the scenes to help grow and develop our organization, and more specifically our people. We have made huge strides in building better systems and structure to support the personal and professional development of our team and in turn have been able to better serve our clients and community.
